We have several options available to provide support for counsellors trained in IFS. For those wanting support using IFS in their clinical practice, we offer Individual or dyadic supervision, video reviews, and a bi-weekly IFS Supervision group.
For those wishing to become a Certified IFS Therapist and have completed their level 1 training, we offer individual or dyadic consultation with an IFS- I Approved Clinical Consultant and a 5 week IFS Consultation group to help you prepare for the certification process. Kate is also available to watch a video of you working with a client to offer feedback and suggestions.
This biweekly IFS Consultation group offers an opportunity to go deeper into the practice of IFS. It is lead by the needs and interests of the participants and may include case consultations, demos, activities, questions about the model, or discussions on a range of topics such as implicit and explicit direct access, externalizing parts, working with multiple parts, polarities, overt and covert legacy burdens, Unattached Burdens and Guides, Mapping parts, clinical notes, etc.
Upon completion of this 5 week group, participants will have a total of 7.5 Group Supervision hours or IFS Group Consultation hours with the IFS Institute.

This biweekly IFS Supervision group offers an opportunity for those new to IFS to explore the theory and practice of this unique, non-pathologizing therapy. It is lead by the needs and interests of the participants and may include case consultations, questions about the IFS model, discussion around the nuances, complexities, or challenges encountered, or participation in activities.
Upon completion of this 5 week group, participants will have a total of 7.5 Group Supervision hours.
